Course Overview

The Human Resources Fundamentals course is designed to provide
participants with a comprehensive introduction to the dynamic world of
HR. Over ten weeks, learners will explore the essential functions and
strategic role of Human Resources in modern organizations, from talent
acquisition and employee engagement to compliance and organizational
development.
This course covers core HR competencies such as recruiting and
onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits,
workplace culture, labor law compliance, and diversity and inclusion.
Through a blend of lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on activities,
and peer collaboration, participants will build the skills and confidence
needed to support and lead effective HR practices. Tailored specifically
for beginners with little to no prior experience in Human Resources, the
course leverages practical tools, templates, and real-world scenarios to
create an accessible and empowering learning experience.
